You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply email us with your order details and inform us what you would like us to do, if you would like a replacement or refund. We will reply with 24 hours unless it is during our peak season time.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
We have no guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will cancel and/or refund any unavailable items and we will do our best to let you know as soon as possible.
All product descriptions are estimations but all problems will be considered for refund. If the item does not match the item received a full refund or replacement will be issued as soon as GLOBAL DIRECT receives the item back.

Exchanges and Refunds
Should you wish to exchange or return any products you may have purchased from our website. Please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition within 7 days from the date of receiving the product, enclosing a copy of your invoice. Please email us and we will provide you with a direct address.
Please send the bags via a guaranteed delivery service, such as EMS, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your details. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.
